All courses offered on Vikademy are digital products delivered electronically. Once access is granted, the course is considered “used”.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:
Technical issues: If you are unable to access the course due to a verified technical problem from our side, and we are unable to resolve it within seven working days.
Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same course.
Course cancellation by us.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

Dissatisfaction with teaching style or content
Lack of time or interest
Incompatibility of the device or internet issues from the user’s side
Downloaded or substantially consumed content

Any payment gateway charges or taxes (including GST) are non-refundable

Upon refund approval, course access will be immediately revoked, and continued use of the content will be prohibited.
